Please note that our personalised products, such as those embroidered with initials, require additional time to create. As these items are carefully embroidered, it typically takes up to 10 business days for us to prepare and ship your order (unless otherwise specified on the product page).
If you need your item sooner please do email us at hello@jaggerandfriends.co.nz and we will always endeavour to help and prioritise where we can.
If you have ordered a selection of products, both personalised and not, these will not ship without all items being ready for dispatch. Once all your products have been prepared, your package will be shipped.

No matter where you are in New Zealand, we offer a simple flat shipping fee of just $5.90 on orders under $120.
Free Shipping on all orders above $120.
Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Our standard estimated delivery times are 1-2 working days (within the Auckland region) or 2-3 working days (rest of New Zealand). During busier seasons (i.e. Christmas), delays with couriers and shipping partners are unavoidable.
Tracking numbers are sent to all customers following purchases for your peace of mind.
