Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS
At Jagger & Friends we want to ensure that you love your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, email us at
REFUNDS
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in their original packaging. We will send through our returns form and advice you of our return address. Returns need to be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the item/s.
Jagger and Friends does not offer refunds on items that our courier service is able to show evidence as being ‘delivered’ to the correct address.
If the returned items are not received in the original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund (returning your items to you) or reduce the refund.
EXCLUSIONS
We are unable to offer you a refund on the following items:
- Any kind of product that is personalised in any way, e.g. embroidery.
- Any items that have been made-to-order to your specifications, such as a bespoke colour, length, pattern or design.
EXCHANGE
For full price items, we will either exchange or provide a store credit, provided that the item/s are in original condition and are accompanied with the original packaging. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
CHANGE OF MIND
Change of mind returns (must meet the returns criteria above) will be issued a store credit in the form of a e-gift card.
COMPLAINTS AND FAULTY GOODS
At Jagger & Friends we do our very best to ensure that all products are of top quality and in perfect condition. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order, please contact us immediately at
If your request concerns a faulty item, please attach a photo for us to review. If deemed faulty we will offer a full refund or replacement of item/s if available.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs to return an item are at the customers expense unless the item delivered was incorrect or is faulty. Shipping charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
RETURN SHIPPING
To return your product by courier, please send to returns address advised in our email. We strongly recommend a trackable shipping method. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
When we have received your return, your exchange or refund will be processed in your original form of payment within five working days. You will be notified via email once this has been processed.
